The governance of the International Catholic Stewardship Council is maintained by the board of directors. Its role is to provide guidance and strategic oversight to the mission, ministry and management of ICSC. It holds ultimate legal and fiduciary responsibility for ICSC. The board is made up of a diverse group of leaders who bring a variety of talents, experiences and expertise to the governance of ICSC.
Currently, ICSC has 28 voting board positions, including: the Episcopal Moderator, the Chairman of the Board, 20 regional representatives, three elected At-Large positions and three board seats appointed by the president/chairman of the board and approved by the board of directors.
The executive director is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of ICSC.
